Times and Venues:
In line with the guidance issued by the Provost's office, given the continued need to minimize the risk of Covid-19 infections, and given the large number of students enrolled, all classes for this course will be conducted online only during this semester.
Lectures will take place Thursdays at 10:00-12:00 h, ONLINE via zoom.
Tutorials will take place Mondays at 09:00, 10:00 or 11:00 h, depending on your group, and will also be online.
The TAs for this semester are: Eric WONG <ehjwong2-c@my.cityu.edu.hk>, Wei FANG <wefang3-c@my.cityu.edu.hk>, and Wenhao LIU <wenhaoliu4-c@my.cityu.edu.hk>
Some of the tutorial slots, as detailed below, will be dedicated to graded quizzes which will be used to generate your continuous assessment grade. These will be run via Canvas. These quizzes are generally "closed book" and will sometimes require you to use a repondus lockdown browser, and sometimes also the respondus monitor. You can see on Canvas whether lockdown browser and/or monitor are needed. If you haven't already done so, you may want to download a copy of the respondus lockdown browser here. (The respondus monitor is an additional proctoring functionality which uses your webcam to monitor you during the assessment. It does not require additional software, but does require that your device has a webcam connected and enabled.)
